31 skills handle the recurring work: a morning orientation, a nightly close-out, a Sunday review, root-cause analysis when something breaks.
Plain markdown files hold the memory: who I am, what's still open, what went wrong last time. Around all of it sits a control layer: build gates, change review, enforcement hooks. That part is written up under Controls.
What's on this map is a selection. Part of the lab runs my personal life, so it stays off the map. The numbers above count the whole lab.
